1.It little Elliptical machine is perfect for small spaces. It’s simple to assemble and sturdily built (in fact,it is quite heavy for its size). Small than normal stride takes a little becoming familiar with, and the hands-free operation requires some balance, but I get a really good workout from this little machine. It could be alittle awkward to change position because it has no handles, per se. And it is a bit like a stationary unicycle. Its a good value for the money.

2.This is a great little item to use if you do not have much room and you need a little 20/30 minute work out everyday! It killed my calves the first time We used it and I was running quite a bit before I purchased it…I purchased it because I’ve been having heel/arch pain from running and this little machine ‘sort of’ takes the place of running for now.Its quiet and smooth! I takes a little getting used to, but it’s great for the price.

3.I have used the trainer every single day for thirty minutes since I recieved the product(the first week of dec.08)The systemh as been excellent so far however the electronic timer has stopped doing work.(battery is probably dead) No problembecause I use a stop watch.The device is quiet and has developed no squeaks. By using this machine relly works up an excellent sweat and put the burn into your legs and is far superior to the mini stepper I had been using.The only thing I wish could possibly be different is the stride length. It is very short! Eventuall I think I will invest in a full size elliptical with a longer stride length.

4.We’ve had lots of troublelosing weight after having my first child. Mostly I just sat on the chair all day but this thing gets me off my butt! I personally use it for thirty mins each day and I have lost a few lbs already. I use it in a doorway like another person suggested just incase I am off balance. Rocks only slightly but I’ve those squishyexercise pads and I put 2 under it like it implies in the directions.Simple to put together and I started using it right away!

5.I’ve had this for about a month and it was well worth the price. After searching with the usual stores for something to get my heartrate up on wet winter days, This is the perfect compact, low impact unit, of any I have come across. The “step” models I attempted at the sporting goods store were concussive on my joints. This little machine makes your workout smooth, and the resistance is adjustable. You will not find that on most in this class or price range. Super sturdy,easy to put together with included tools, stores out of the way.

Put it in front of your favorite news program and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you will build your stamina. I use mine every day I can’t get out of the house for whatever reason.
